The X Factor Segment:
Have you got, or do something special? Do you look like a famous person… The finale each night will be an open stage for up to 3 performers who have 3 minutes each… The audience and judges will determine the winner and you will win a special Prize… Enter now for what promises to, once again, become an anticipated annual event on the Penrith Calendar… Follow the success, laughter and drama of our contestants as they perform for you each week with what is arguably one of the best variety shows on offer… and its FREE* ( *Grand Final excluded). How to Enter: ( SOS and X Factor Segment) *You must be over 18 *Enter on line: www.taketwo.com.au Click on Singing Quest. Follow the prompts *Or, turn up on the night at 7.00pm and book in with your own backings. *First in best dressed for spaces or book on the night for following weeks. General Information: * 18 & over * Contestants are required to sing two songs. * Contestants can bring their own backing CD's, or songs can be chosen from our list on line. * No tapes… please check CD’s as sometimes they skip or don't play in some CD players.. * Please note the date of the Grand Final.. You may be in it.. If so, your 2 songs will be sung to a full backing band.. You will need charts for the Grand Final. Try Talbot Music * All prizes are at the discretion of the venue. * Please note: This is a singing quest.. 70% of marks are taken on vocal ability and the rest on presentation. Please be prepared vocally and visually. * X Factor: 3 minutes exactly.. Comedy, juggle, magic, impersonations anything as long as it is decent.. The X Factor doesn't mean X Rated! |
